We're seeking passionate and dedicated volunteers to teach weekly classes for a 6-week program aimed at empowering individuals with essential life and wellness skills. Each class meets once a week and focuses on personal growth, creativity, or practical living.
We are currently looking for volunteer instructors for the following classes:

Boundaries & Safe Relationships – Help participants build healthy interpersonal skills and understand emotional and physical boundaries.

Home Economics / Basic Life Skills – budgeting, laundry, meal planning, and other everyday life essentials.

Values & Triggers – Guide conversations around self-awareness, emotional regulation, and identifying core personal values.

Yoga or Chair Yoga – Lead relaxing and accessible sessions that support mental and physical well-being.

Cleaning & Organization – Share strategies for maintaining clean and functional living spaces.

Art Class – Encourage creativity and self-expression through various artistic mediums.
Time Commitment: 1 hour per week for 6 weeks (plus any prep time)
No formal teaching experience required—just a willingness to share your knowledge, show up consistently, and connect with others.
